PATIENT EXPERIENCE · REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH · INNOVATION
Cheryl Dowling
Helping healthcare organizations build better reproductive care through patient experience and evidence-informed insight.
I've been on both sides of the patient experience.
Years of navigating infertility and IVF showed me something healthcare data alone cannot: patients experience care very differently than organizations often imagine.
That realization became the foundation for everything I've built.
As Founder of The IVF Warrior, I've spent nearly a decade listening to millions of conversations across infertility, IVF, reproductive health, and mental health. Today, I work with researchers, healthcare organizations, startups, and industry leaders to help ensure patient experience informs communication, innovation, research, and care from the beginning.
My work combines lived experience, a counseling background, research collaboration, and strategic advisory to help organizations build solutions that people trust.
